GSM Network APN Settings (Internet and MMS)

The following settings are for GSM Network Devices and can be used by Apple iOS and Android Devices. (not applicable for CDMA and Sprint Network Configuration)

**It is recommended to always attempt to reset network settings and your phone may configure itself (newer devices)

ANDROID APN SETTINGS

Reset APN settings to Default (Android Devices)

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap More networks (under Connections tab, or More, Wireless & networks, Wireless Controls, Wireless Manager, Phone Information)
  3. Tap Mobile or Cellular networks
  4. Tap Access Point Names
  5. Tap the Menu icon (3 vertical dots or ‘More,’ usually in the top right corner)
  6. Tap Reset to default

APN Settings for Internet and MMS: (Android Devices)

NOTE: (some settings or fields by not be required by device type)

  • APN Type: (leave this empty, but if you run into data or MMS problems try default,MMS)

APPLE APN SETTINGS

Reset APN settings to Default (Apple Devices)

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap Cellular.
  3. Tap Cellular Data Options/ Cellular Data Network. **Note: If this setting isn’t visible then the phone is not unlocked the previous carrier needs to be contacted to unlock the device.
  4. Scroll down to Reset Settings and tap.

APN Settings for Internet and MMS: (Apple Devices with iOS 8 and Higher)

NOTE for APPLE Devices: If you have an iPhone running iOS 7 or earlier, you must manually add these APN settings for data and MMS services to work correctly. Wi-Fi calling and Visual Voicemail are not available for these models. If you are running an iPhone that can run iOS 10 and up, simply make sure that you have updated to the latest version of iOS and these services should work automatically.

1) Go to Settings > Cellular > and verify the following settings
  • Set Cellular Data to ON
  • Set Data Roaming Data to OFF
2) Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network and set up the following exactly as below

NOTE: Leave Empty Fields Blank
